My Story
I have always loved being active. From a young age, you could find playing sports and generally running around outdoors. At some point while I was tossing the baseball with friends at the park and playing front yard football, I started to learn that I cared deeply about people. While those closest to me can attest that I have often fallen short in both sports and in friendships, they can also attest that I have spent years of my life dedicated to learning how to help people along their journey in life.
As of 2024, I have graduated with my masters degree in clinical psychology from the University of Texas at Tyler in pursuit of becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor. At the same time I have obtained my personal training and nutrition coach certifications from the the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

Looking to the future, I plan on dedicating my career to helping individuals and organizations learn more about mental and physical health. I work out of Tyler, Texas at a gym called Life Changing Fitness.
